Refund & Return Policy


As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact us so we can check that your email address is correct.

Please check that the details in your confirmation email are correct. Let us know if any details need to be changed immediately. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, if not sooner, and we may be unable to make changes once we have begun processing.

We will also send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number within 48-72 hours, of your order shipping, to the email address you provided when checking out.


Please place your order carefully. You have 24 hours to email us at and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it. If you would like to cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number. If you would like to modify an order, please include all the details including your order number, style, size and color. Then specify the item you would like to change it to in your email and we will do our best to help you.


Damages occur in transit, and mistakes can happen every once in a while. We are human! If this happens, please send pictures of the damaged products to and we will get things straightened out. We will always try to replace damaged items or correct mistakes. In most cases, we won't ask you to return the damaged product, with the exception of crystals or jewelry. These are usually low-cost items to return and we can work out an agreement. If the item can be fixed, it will be. If not, such as a crystal, hopefully we can exchange it for another similar crystal, or issue a refund.


We understand that ordering online often results in products not fitting. If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, contact us within 15 days of receiving it and we will exchange it for one size larger or smaller. However, to save both of us from wasted time and hassle, before ordering please refer to the sizing chart that is in the product descriptions of most of the items of clothing. 


We strive for 100% customer satisfaction at  If you are unhappy with your order, you can ask for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your item as long as it has not been worn or used. You will need to return the items back to us, as well as cover the shipping costs. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


There are no refunds given on services. This includes reading and healing services, as well as any coaching programs and classes. If you are unhappy with your service, please email to discuss your feelings. Sometimes you need to let your mind relax and come back to the information at a later time.
