Monthly Tarot Forecast for April 2021

Welcome to April!

It’s springtime and I think it’s safe to say that this April will be much better than the last one. Kind of a no brainer, right? Just saying the word April brings a smile to my face for some reason. I don’t even care that this year seems to be flying by in no time.

Bring it on. We can handle it.

The weather is getting warmer and has thawed out my toes and my cold attitude, leaving me feeling pretty good about things.  It’s a nice change that I am more than ready for.

This month I decided to use The Radiant Rider Waite- Smith Tarot Deck. This is a re-illustration and updated version of the original Rider Waite-Smith Deck, created in 1909. I prefer this version because the cards are colored beautifully and have more of a three-dimensional quality to them.

I have the version that comes in the tin holding case, which are considered miniature cards, measuring 2 x 3.5 inches. Perfect for my small hands to shuffle. So, if you’re looking for a smaller card, this is a great choice.

I will be doing my typical 4-card spread this month. I have provided some information about the card itself, along with the placement meaning I am using, just in case you aren’t that familiar with Tarot. This way, if you don’t like my interpretation, you can make your own.

No time to waste, let’s dig in!

This month some of the heaviness of winter has lifted and the energy is much lighter. Spring is here and spring has brought that fresh new growth feeling with it. It’s time to shed your sweatpants and get out into the sun. Your body could use it. It’s also a good time to embrace those relationships in your life that are most important.

Things are beginning to open again and it might be fun to meet a friend or relative for brunch, coffee, or a walk in the park. You deserve to enjoy yourself a little. Sure, you’ve changed over the past year, who hasn’t, but that’s no reason to be down. Celebrate yourself, do something that will make you feel good. Get out into the world and enjoy what spring has brought us.

It’s time to let go of the frustration and overwhelm left over from the past few months. Things are changing and there is a glimmer of hope on the horizon. It’s time to pay attention to your online shopping habit you picked up over the last year and start to find things outside of the house that bring you joy. Go for a walk, a bike ride, work in the garden, or visit an arts & crafts show or flea market. This will get your creative juices flowing and bring some much-needed inspiration to your life.

Let go of your fears and anxiety and take a break. Don’t go hog wild or anything crazy, you still need to use your head and proceed with caution, but I think you can do that. Just make sure you think before you act and keep an open mind. It’s time to let go of negativity and bring back some of that enthusiasm you once had. It will be good for you.

Until we meet again, have a great month💜
